I Can Come Here When I Need Help

The center means a lot to me because I can come here when I need help. When I need to talk to someone or when I feel like doing things I shouldn’t. I love the way they talk about stuff that makes me feel better. When I’m down they pray. Before I would cut myself, take pills, drink and now I don’t. I come here.

The center has changed my family’s life because before we came here we had lots of problems with my kids stuff and we felt all sad but now we feel like we have family to count on when we need help.

The specific thing about this center that I love is that I get to come and talk to girls about problems and stuff I have been through and they tell me what I should think about. I read the books [they] gave me and they make me happy. Last night my daughters were reading it to me and it made me cry. (His Princess Book). They read the part about relationships and it made me happy.
