I Love This Place

To me [Chic Chat] means something good to get away from home and every where for me and the kids. Somewhere where everybody is happy and nice. Mica [a client advocate] talks to us. She prays with us. Now when I’m in a problem, I pray Jesus help me. Help me. And he brings me peace. Sometimes I can’t get here because the car is broken down. I would come every week if I had a ride.

The center has meant a lot to us because it helps me out with my kids and me. If I am down they pull me up. They give me a lot of support that I don’t have. They help me out a lot. If it wasn’t for this place, I wouldn’t be here like this.

Every day I come in this place I feel like all my problems go away. I am very happy to be here. I love this place and the people from here.
